全自动钢筋加工机械安装前注意事项：

①    本机安装时,调直筒、牵引轮、剪切刀头,承料架应在同一直线上.用膨胀螺栓安装固定。

②    本机使用前,请在各油位加油,以防损坏该机,加油脂润滑的每班应加油一次。

③    电源线应选用6平方4芯线,进电控箱前应配有漏电保护开关。

④    接通电源后，试电机正反转，是否按箭头所示。

⑤    使用本机前，待调直钢筋头部先预先校直1米左右，再通过机械贯穿后，方可开机。
